From the 24th - 28th July, while we are all enjoying the British summer, Alex Whiting, Managing Director of local company MiTEQ will be cycling from London to Paris whilst raising vital funds to support Bath Rugby Foundation.

That's about 285 miles in the saddle!

Bath Rugby Foundation work with vulnerable children and young people. Through inclusion, education, and social interaction, we build confidence, develop life skills, and create pathways to independence. Our work reaches young people across Bath and beyond, improving their lives in meaningful and lasting ways. 

Bath Rugby and Bath Rugby Foundation supporter, Alex, said: I have had a passion for cycling for some time and wanted to challenge myself with a goal that would get me out of my comfort zone, this is more miles in 3 days than I have ever done and it will be hard on the body and mind I am sure, mental toughness will be key!

I also wanted to use the opportunity, whilst challenging myself to give back to others if I can, use some of my own pedal power to create an opportunity for others! I hope that this will encourage others to use their own power and mental toughness to challenge themselves and move forward every day."
