Louise Harvey is an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of strengthening organisations through strategic vision and practical delivery. Over her career she has overseen governance, people, and finance and risk functions, ensuring resilience, compliance, and sustainable growth. She has also shaped and delivered strategies that tackle social inequality, led major infrastructure and branding projects, and developed high-profile partnerships to amplify charitable impact.

Louise brings extensive knowledge of the Third Sector, with deep experience in building cross-sector collaborations and creating long-term, sustainable solutions that address community need. She is passionate about driving social impact and supporting initiatives that create equal opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people.

Why did Louise want to become a Trustee of Bath Rugby Foundation?

Louise became a Trustee because she wanted to use her skills and experience to make a tangible difference in Bath. For her, the Foundation represents a powerful bridge between sport and community, using the influence of rugby to inspire change and provide opportunities for children who need them most. She recognised that as the city evolves, the Foundation has a unique platform to ensure local voices are heard, challenges are addressed, and every child has the chance to thrive.
