Bath Rugby Foundation has always been a collective force of positivity, driven by the belief that every young person deserves the chance to thrive. Today, as we celebrate this milestone, I want to take a moment to reflect on the heart of everything we do: our community. The impact shared in our 2023/24 Impact Report is not just the work of our team (although they are truly remarkable!). It’s the result of a shared vision—supporters, volunteers, trustees, partners, and the young people themselves, all coming together to create opportunities, build self-belief, and inspire futures. To every person who has cheered us on, donated, volunteered, or shared our story: you are the reason we’ve made it to 21 years. This celebration is as much yours as it is ours.
