Bath Rugby Foundation is proud to announce that Foundation Day 2025 raised an incredible £12,500, thanks to the generosity of Bath Rugby fans, the commitment of our warm-up shirt sponsors, and the support of our Foundation Day sponsors.

Taking place during Bath Rugby’s Round 15 Gallagher Premiership clash against Newcastle Falcons at The Rec, the day was a celebration of 21 years of changing young lives. From heartfelt stories to community spirit, Foundation Day shone a light on the transformative work we do every day with vulnerable children and young people across Bath and the surrounding areas.

Our campaign theme – Every 1 Matters – underpinned every part of the day. Because behind every number is a real person, and together we’re building confidence, developing life skills, and creating pathways to independence.

A huge thank you to Emmie, one of our brilliant work experience students, who captured fantastic footage of the Bath Rugby players warming up in their special Foundation shirts – proudly sponsored by our community of local businesses. The warm-up tops were more than kit – they were a statement of support.

The £12,500 raised will directly fund our work in schools, alternative education, mixed ability sport, and mentoring programmes that help children thrive. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the day such a success – including the Club, our sponsors, and the fans.
