We chose the theme Every 1 Matters because it reflects the core of our mission: to ensure that every young person, no matter their background, ability, or personal challenges, feels seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. It’s a simple phrase – but a powerful reminder that inclusion, opportunity and belief in young people can transform futures.
