Star Scheme

We deliver targeted programmes aimed at encouraging under-confident girls in schools to engage in sports. These initiatives provide safe, supportive environments where girls can improve their physical activity levels, boost their self-confidence, and enhance their overall well-being. By focusing on girls’ participation in sports, we address gender disparities and promote a healthier, more active lifestyle. These programmes not only improve physical fitness but also foster self-esteem and resilience, empowering girls to take on new challenges and pursue their goals.
