Latest news Work Experience Wednesdays - building futures with Curo We’re thrilled to say our Work Experience Wednesdays with Curo have officially kicked off - and what a start it’s been! Over the next five weeks, 14–16-year-olds who thrive when learning by doing will take part in a hands-on programme designed to give them real insight into the world of construction. In partnership with Curo Sales, our young people are immersed in practical, safe, and supportive environments where they can explore the construction industry, work alongside Curo’s site teams, and really get stuck in. This isn’t just about wielding tools - it’s about teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and seeing a project through to its finish. This experience builds confidence, employability skills, and a clearer sense of what’s possible for their future. By the end of the programme, participants will have worked on real Curo projects, developed key workplace behaviours, and gained a recognised record of achievement from both Bath Rugby Foundation and Curo. They’ll also be better placed to consider pathways into college, apprenticeships, or further work experience. We’re proud to be offering this to young people referred via schools or local authorities - and to be partnering with Curo, who share our commitment to investing in local talent and community Manage Cookie Preferences
