Our Community Manager, Alex Randall, started at Bath Rugby Foundation in January 2021 as a Community Coach. 

A key member of the senior management team, Alex oversees community programmes in primary and secondary schools as well as in many community settings. Alex is responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with Bath Recreation and Bath Rugby and overseeing the asset management of Bath Rec Sports Hub.

His role includes coordinating and supporting over 100 volunteers, ensuring effective community engagement. By developing and implementing initiatives that reach diverse groups, Alex plays a critical role in strengthening community ties, enhancing programme impact, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and volunteer efforts.

Alex said: "I started with Bath Rugby Foundation back in January 2021 and I feel so fortunate to be delivering rugby and other projects in schools as part of the outreach team.  

I have a positive approach to everyday life, and I am passionate about delivering impactful projects to young people of all ages and abilities.  In my spare time, I like to watch a variety of sports and spend time with my family."
