Sarah Tarling is our newly appointed Community Fundraiser. The Community Fundraiser is responsible for engaging businesses and individuals to support the charity through fundraising initiatives. Sarah cultivates relationships with local companies, encouraging participation in challenges, charity of the year programmes and other partnerships. Her role involves organising and promoting fundraising activities, supporting individuals and groups in their efforts to raise money, and ensuring that fundraising targets are met.

The Community Fundraiser also identifies new opportunities for community engagement and works to inspire long-term partnerships that benefit the Foundation’s mission.

Having worked at Bath Rugby for 25 seasons, Sarah felt inspired by the work of Bath Rugby Foundation and wanted to use her extensive knowledge and connections to help the Foundation change young lives.
