Our Impact Officer develops, implements, and monitors organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Jen is responsible for creating and updating documentation that guides the charity’s activities. This role involves assessing the impact of the Foundation’s programmes, evaluating effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement where appropriate. By ensuring robust policy frameworks (via a single central record) and measuring programme outcomes, Jen plays a key role in enhancing organisational efficiency, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating the Foundation’s effectiveness and value to stakeholders.
