Bath Rugby Foundation are looking for Community Coaches to help improve the lives of young people in BANES and Wiltshire. Working in schools, rugby clubs and community settings our casual coaches will support our team with the delivery of our engagement and employability projects.

Our paid Community Coaching positions are an integral and valued  part of our workforce. We ensure that all staff members receive training, uniform and employee incentives as part of our commitment to staff development.

Do you have experience working with vulnerable young people? Do you have a national governing body level 2 sports qualification?  Are you able to drive? Do you a have a passion for sport and teaching? 

Requirements:

• Level 2 England Rugby Coaching Award (or equivalent)
• A valid driving licence and access to transport

Pay: £15 per hour.
